During my time as a marketing intern for the San Antonio Public Library, Central Location, I created an email campaign to increase awareness of the switch from Overdrive to Libby as SAPL's primary digital library app. We would send out one email a month to notify the library’s patrons and increase urgency about the need to switch apps.
